Demolition &
Land Clearing
We begin by clearing the way for your project. Our team handles full demolition services, and land clearing as requested. Unlike many companies, we sort concrete, brick, and block materials on-site and deliver them directly to designated dump locations, avoiding costly dumpster fees. If you have a rough house box, we can begin excavation or pad preparation immediately after demolition, eliminating unnecessary wait times.
Excavation Hauling &
Foundation Preparation
Once the site is clear, we move directly into excavation. We coordinate haul-off trucks to remove spoils, ensuring a clean and organized work area. After the footings are installed, we smooth the foundation area, remove remaining debris, and stage soil where it’s needed for later access. Stormwater systems in confined spaces can also be roughed in at this stage to minimize future disruption.
Aggregate
Supply
For slab projects, we provide all necessary aggregate materials. After foundation and waterproofing work, we install gravel around the foundation, porches, and garages, followed by precise grading to prepare for the lumber drop. We often use surge stone as a cost-effective alternative in deeper areas, topped with 3/4” gravel. In some cases, we employ stone slingers to efficiently deliver gravel to crawlspaces.

Foundation Backfill
Protecting your home from the ground up is critical. We properly backfill against foundation waterproofing systems to allow for correct drainage. This step includes grading the site for optimal water runoff and long-term structural integrity. Every detail is handled before construction materials arrive, setting the stage for smooth progress.
Utility Installation &
Site Preparation
Once framing and rough-ins are complete, we handle utility excavation — including electrical and plumbing lines. We prepare sub-grades, excavate rain gardens to sub-grade, and leave Modified French Drain system tails ready for future connection. Gravel is staged at A/C pad locations to reduce unnecessary handling by concrete crews. These proactive steps help avoid costly mid-project changes.
Stormwater Management
& Driveway Prep
With exterior work nearly complete, we finalize stormwater installations, gutters, and driveway culverts. We set driveway sub-grades and remove excess spoilage from the site. At this point, retaining walls are often installed since heavy construction equipment is no longer in use, minimizing potential damage to finished work.
Hardscaping, Landscaping
& Final Grading
Before you even create your final punch list, we complete our internal one to ensure everything meets our quality standards. We recommend combining your punch list with the home inspection punch list for maximum efficiency. We provide a Dropbox link with stormwater photos, mark pop-ups for inspection, and ensure your site is ready for final sign-off.

Project Close-Out
Before you even create your final punch list, we complete an internal one to ensure everything meets our quality standards. We recommend combining your list with the home inspection punch list for maximum efficiency. We provide a Dropbox link with stormwater photos, mark pop-ups for inspection, and ensure your site is ready for final sign-off.
